First, make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the ShopeePay application.
Next, log in to your account and follow the steps below as listed on the official Shopee help page.
- Click on the “Me” tab.
- Then press “See More” in the Financial Services section.
- Next, click on “Prepaid, Bills & Tickets” which will take you to the Digital Products home page.
- Click “View All” and select the “eSIM” category under the Travel & Transportation section.
After selecting a destination, you will see a list of available packages. Just select the desired package, usage period, and proceed to the payment process.
After successful payment, the eSIM can be activated by pressing the “Activate eSIM Now” button on the Order Details page.
This activation can be done before departure or upon arrival at your destination, giving you complete flexibility.

- To check compatibility, you can dial the code *#06# on your phone.
- If the screen displays an EID (Embedded Identity Document) number, it means your device supports eSIM.
