Kelantan Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Scheme 2026

For breast cancer sufferers in Kelantan State, the Kelantan State Government has prepared a scheme to help sufferers of the disease through the Kelantan Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Scheme 2026.

About the Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Scheme

The Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Scheme was established starting in 2021 by the Kelantan State Government specifically to help those suffering from breast cancer.

This scheme is a sign that the state government cares and is sensitive to the trials and tribulations experienced by patients suffering from this disease.

This assistance is entitled to be given to applicants who suffer from breast cancer at any stage based on the terms of the application.

Application Date

The application closing date for this scheme is now live March 31, 2026.

Amount of Assistance

A one-time grant of RM1,000 will be provided to eligible patients.

Application Terms

Applicants must meet application requirements such as:

1. Malaysian citizen domiciled in the State of Kelantan.
2. The patient was diagnosed with breast cancer by the hospital.
3. Still undergoing cancer treatment at a government-certified hospital.
4. Not from 2025 Breast Cancer Grant recipients.
5. Household income is less than RM 5,000.00 per month.

Submissions can be made by downloading the registration form at the link https://go.kelantan.gov.my/W0SDm.

Fill out the form and must attach verified supporting documents such as:

• Copy of applicant’s identity card
• Copy of confirmation letter as a breast cancer patient from the hospital
• Copy of applicant’s and spouse’s salary certificate
  *The form must be approved by the Head of the Mukim and the YB ADN/DUN Trustees
