Overall level of assistance

The allocation of Rahmah Cash (STR) and the basic contribution of Rahmah (SARA) increased to RM13 billion from the previous RM10 billion, which will benefit nine million recipients or 60 percent of the country’s adult population.







According to the 2025 budget issued by the Ministry of Finance, the following is a total STR 2025:

• Household Income: Less than RM2,500 per month
  • RM2,500: 5 or more children
  • RM2,000: 3 – 4 children
  • RM1,500: 1 – 2 children

• Household Income: RM2.501 – RM5,000
  • RM1,250: 5 or more children
  • RM1,000: 3 – 4 children

The additional level of STR is empowered through the basic contribution of Rahmah (SARA) with

Phase 3 Phase 3 Cash Contribution Payment will begin to be credited to the recipient on August 12, 2025.

Here are the important details of Phase 3 Strol for 2025:

• Payment date starts: August 12, 2025 (Tuesday)
• Payment Method: Credited directly to the recipient’s bank account for those who have an account. For those who do not have a bank account (including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan), payments that can be paid in the National Savings Bank Branch (BSN) gradually based on the feasibility category.
• Amount of assistance:
  • The household produces RM2,500 and below: RM150 to RM650.
  • The household produces RM2.501 to RM5,000: RM150 to RM300.
  • Gold residents do not have a partner and single: RM150.
