The following is distributed about the Phase 4 Strol Phase for the qualified categories and the amount of payment to be received for the final phase for 2025.

INTRODUCTION – STR 2025

Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR) 2025 It is an initiative of cash assistance from the Malaysian government to help low -income people facing an increase in living costs.

For 2025, this assistance has been improved by establishing (SARA) Basic Contribution of Rahmah, which is a monthly / additional assistance specifically for the poor, poor hardcore, B40 and M40.

Application provisions str 2025

The following are the feasibility requirements to become recipients of Rahmah Cash Contribution 2025:

A. Fill in the house

1. Married; or
2. Single parents / widows / widows / widows who have children
   fulfill his condition; And
3. Household income is RM5,000 and below.

B. Gold residents do not have a partner

1. Single or a single parent / widow / widow / widow
   have children who meet their conditions; And
2. The age limit is 60 years and over; And
3. The income of senior citizens is RM5,000 and underneath.

C. Bujang

1. I. Single or a single parent / widow / widow / widow
   have children who meet their conditions; And
2. The age limit is 21-59 years; And
3. Age (defect) that is deactivated (deactivated) 19 years and above; And
4. Not a full time IPTA / IPTS student; And
5. A single income is RM2,500 and underneath.

Use: Single people aged 21 years and over, including 19 years and above who are still studying in public / private institutions are only permitted to be included in the information / obligations of children from household applications and are not permitted to apply as a single individual.

Payment method

Rahmah Cash Contribution Method (STR) 2025 are as follows:

1. Credit to a bank account

Stretch payments are automatically credited to the recipient bank account or registered pair during the application. Make sure your bank account information is active and accurate to receive payment without problems.

If the bank account information is updated after July 29, 2025, only the Phase 4 payment will enter the new account. Phase 3 payment will go to the old account.

2. Cash at the National Savings Bank (BSN) counter

For recipients who do not have a bank account or credit failure to an account (credit failure), payments can be claimed in cash in any BSN branch.

For single category applicants, single mothers without children, or senior citizens no couples who do not report bank account information, payments can also be received in cash at BSN.

For the Sabah/Sarawak interior without banking access, the cash submission will be managed by the government in the appropriate location.

Important: Before the BSN counter, the recipient must review the status of their respective approval on the official portal (to ensure that it meets the requirements for cash.

Date & Payment Payment Phase 4

Rahmah Cash Contribution Date for Phase 4 November 2025. The official date will be updated later. Payment will be channeled in stages.

The date of payment of peas for phases 1, 2, 3 and 4 for 2025 is:

• Phase 1: 22 January 2025
• Phase 2: April 2025
• Phase 3: 12 August 2025
• Phasa 4: November 2025

For phase 4, the amount of payment for the household category of RM2500 and below, you will receive RM150 to RM700 (according to the number of children). Meanwhile, senior residents are the RM150 and a single group will receive RM100.

Revenue house contents RM2500 and down

Household income RM2501 to RM5000

Gold residents do not have a partner

Single 21 to 59 years

Cash payment date via BSN

Existing recipients without bank accounts can take their cash payments November 2025.

The latest notification by BSN will be notified from time to time.

   • Click Butang Enter Mystr.
   • Enter 12 -Digit Identification Card Number (Mykad) You.
   • Press the button Log in.
   • Next, confirm keyword security (will be displayed and must be the same as you set during the previous registration).
   • Enter Mystr password You.

Forgot Password STR

For your information, all BKM’s original information is available in the MySTR account.

Therefore, to enter the STR account, you need to use a password like the BKM portal first.

Mystr in Mykad requires mykad and registered passwords.

Here are the steps you need to take if the previous BKM password forgot:

1. VISIT THE STROL WEBSITE IN LABG
2. Click “Forgot Password”
3. Enter the Mykad 12 -Digit number and click “Check”.
4. Enter the registered email & click “Next”.
5. Check whether the security keyword is correct, then click “Yes”.
6. Answer the security questions provided and click “Next”.
7. Enter the password and verify the new password. Then, click “Change Password”.
8. You will receive the applicant’s ID conversion notification.

If you forget the password and fail to answer security questions (3 times the experiment was given), MyStr ID will be blocked and allowed to try again After 24 hours.

Basic Contribution of Rahmah (SARA)

For recipients of Rahmah Cash (STR) and registered in Ekasih (Hardcore and Poor), You also meet the requirements for the basic contribution of Rahmah (SARA) 2025.

Levels & Kaedah SARA Assistance 2025

• SARA for poor/poor recipients:
  • Household: until RM2.100 a year (Level increase compared to 2024).
  • Assistance will be credited to the recipient of MyKAD, can be used for the purchase of basic goods in the nationally selected MyKasih stores.
  • Starting January-MAC 2025: RM100 per month; Starting April 2025: RM200 a month.
• SARA for other STR 2025 recipients (Non -Poor/Poor Poor):
  • Household: until RM900 a year (RM100 a month from April), a golden resident RM450 a year.
• Poor/poor single (21-59 years):
  • Receive RM600 a year (RM50 a month from January 2025).

SARA main features

• Help is not in cash, but Monthly Credit for Mykad.
• Used for 14 Basic Needs Categories Such as rice, oil, eggs, milk, chicken/fish/meat, vegetables, bread, disposable diapers, soap, medicine and stationery.
• Only need to show mykad in more than 4,100 mykasih (supermarket/mini/local market).
• Credit balances that are not used do not end in the same month, can be spent until December 31, 2025.

Sara One-off RM100 (31 Ogos 2025)

All Malaysians aged 18 years and over will accept SARA ONE RM100 Credited to Mykad on August 31, 2025.

RM100 credit for all valid is used until the expiration date, December 31, 2025. Unpaid balances will be distributed back to the rent through the program.
