Vocational Vocational Applications for Session 2026 Open online from August 1 to 725 September through the Link https://spskt4.moe.gov.my/. Vocational College offers 2 main types of programs namely Certificate & Skills Program.

What is a Vocational College?
Program Objectives Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) offered at Vocational College to produce students who are skilled, professional and ready.
Learning in Vocational College uses the Vocational Higher Education Standard Curriculum (KSKV) developed by academic and industrial panels. KSKV is based on education based on education -based education (OBE) which emphasizes student achievement after graduation.
Certificate & Program for Vocational Higher Education Skills
Certificate program
- The study system in vocational colleges is based on the semester system. Students from the certificate program will attend a 2 -year study (4 semesters).
- Students who pass the certificate level will be given double certification from the Malaysian Vocational Certificate (SVM) given by the Examination Board, the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) and the level 3 skills certificate (SKM) provided by the Department of Skills Development (JPK), the Ministry of Human Resources.
- Students who pass the certificate level and meet the requirements of revenue, meet the requirements to continue their diploma studies in the same program at Vocational College.
Skills program
- The purpose of this program is to produce students who are skilled and have skills certification that are recognized in accordance with industrial needs.
- This program is only offered in certain vocational colleges.
- The duration of this program is 2 years.
- Students who complete and graduate from the program will be awarded the SKM in accordance with the level offered by JPK, the Ministry of Human Resources.

Provisions for Malaysian Vocational Certificate Program
General requirements
- Applicants are Malaysian citizens.
- Form 3 in Academic Session 2025/2026.
- Register in the Student Management Module.
- Required to occupy the assessment of special school admissions (PKS).
- Have a classroom assessment (PBD), assessment of physical activity, sports and curriculum (Pajsk) and psychometric assessment (PPSI).
- A healthy body.
- There is no injury/history of disease boundaries, limiting and making it difficult to apply practical and practical work.
- There is no color blindness/color.
- Interested in the program implemented.
Special requirements
Students get at least the level of mastery of 3 class assessments (PBD) for the following subjects:
- Malay
- English
- Mathematical
- Science
- Design and Technology / Basic Computer Science
Provision Skills / Internship Program
General requirements
- Applicants are Malaysian citizens.
- Form 3 in Academic Session 2025/2026.
- Register in the Student Management Module.
- Required to occupy the assessment of special school admissions (PKS).
- Have a classroom assessment (PBD), assessment of physical activity, sports and curriculum (Pajsk) and psychometric assessment (PPSI).
- A healthy body.
- There is no injury/history of disease boundaries, limiting and making it difficult to apply practical and practical work.
- There is no color blindness/color.
- Interested in the program implemented.
Special requirements
Master 3M student (read, write and count).
How to Register for Vocational College (KV) 2026
Vocational college applications need to be made online through the official KPM link
Reform can be made until the closing date of the application (September 7, 2025). Applicants are asked to review all information carefully before printing.
Special School Revenue Assessment (PKSK) will be implemented for all students who register as conditions Main Acceptance to Special Schools (SBP/ SMKA/ SMT/ KV/ MTD) and MRSM.
Form 4 cm will be implemented in a period September 22, 2025 until October 3, 2025.

Offer reviews to KV/SMT starting December 26, 2025.
a) Students must print a letter of offer and an included entry offer book.
b) Students must complete the offer book before registration day and submit to KV/SMT during the registration day.
Students need to register on January 13, 2026 at KV/SMT offered. This offer is final and effective on the registration date only. Students are considered to refuse the offer if they are not registered on the registration date. (*can change)
