The Rahmah Cash Contribution Program (STR) is financial assistance under the 2026 Budget run by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM). This program aims to help low and middle income groups who are truly qualified and in need, in dealing with the costs of living. Introduction to Rahmah Cash Contribution Str 2026

The Rahmah Cash Contribution Program (STR) is financial assistance under the 2026 Budget run by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM).

This program aims to help low and middle income groups who are truly deserving and in need in facing the costs of living.

Through rebuilding subsidies, the government can improve and increase the amount of cash assistance to communities in need, thereby ensuring that low-income households continue to receive appropriate support until Str 2026.

Str 2026 focuses on low-income households of less than RM2,500, households with RM2,501 to RM5,000, single seniors and low-income single individuals.

In 2025, stretch payments will be distributed gradually in 4 stages throughout the year, with an example payment schedule announced:

• Stage 1: January 22, 2025
• Stage 2: March 24, 2025
• Stage 3: August 12, 2025
• Stage 4: October 18, 2025

Recipients can review payment status and information via the Official Rahmah Cash Contribution Portal using their identity card number.

Who is entitled to receive Rahmah cash donations 2026?

In short, Str 2026 targets low and middle income groups with a household income limit of up to RM5,000 and single individuals earning under RM2,500, as well as seniors without a partner earning less than RM5,000.

How to apply for Str 2026

Applicants can apply for STR throughout the year starting October 13, 2025.

• Submitted to the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board (Revenue) / Satellite Office (PS) / Urban Transformation Center (UTC) Revenue; or
• Delivery by post is only limited to the application form being accepted to the address:

How to Check Str 2026 Application Status

1. Visit the official STATE STATUS REVIEW portal:

2. Login to MyStr account:
   • Click on the “MySTR Login” option on the main page of the portal.
   • Enter mykad number (12 digits without signs).
   • Enter the password that was registered during the application.
   • Verify the CAPTCHA code displayed to avoid automatic access (boat).

3. Check application status:
   • After successfully logging in, look for the “Status Review” or “Status” menu.
   • Statuses that will be displayed include:
     • Passed (Application accepted and in payment process)
     • Under review (application is being processed)
     • Did not pass (application failed, usually with reasons)
   • You will also be informed of the payment date and amount received (if successful).

4. Print or Save Proof:
   • You can print the status page or save it as a PDF for personal records, especially for future appeal or reference purposes.

Apart from going through the main portal at help.hasil.gov.my, recipients can also carry out reviews via the MyKasih application which is connected to the Rahmah Basic Contribution Program (SARA) for easy viewing of balance and payment information.

How to Login to the MyKasih Application:

• Use the registered user ID and password.
• This application also allows recipients to see a list of exchange points and Cashless assistance balances via MyKad.

Str 2026 Payment Methods

Str 2025 Payment Method is as follows:

• Credit to the payment bank account will be credited to the recipient’s/spouse’s bank account.
• Cash at the National Savings Bank (BSN) Counter

Payment will be made in cash if:

• No bank account information
• Credit failure credit status
