The National Welfare Foundation (YKN) Love is a pure initiative that provides holistic assistance to individuals and families in need.

Operating as a one -stop center, Anjung Kasih aims to ease the burden of people by offering various forms of support under one roof.

This facility is made to reduce the cost of accommodation, especially for those who come from afar.

It aims to support patient recovery through emotional support and the presence of family members.

What is Anjung Kasih YKN?

YKN Love is a program under the auspices of the National Welfare Foundation (YKN), a legal entity under the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM).

The main objective of its establishment is to provide accessed and comprehensive social support services.

These include financial assistance, temporary accommodation, food, clothing, counseling, and references to other relevant institutions as needed.

The Community Welfare Foundation (YKN) is a temporary lodging house for those who need it, especially family members who are less fortunate But it is necessary to accompany patients who receive treatment in government hospitals with a comfortable, safe and quality concept.

Among the goals of Anjung Kasih’s house provides friendly accommodation for patients and their family members when receiving medical treatment at the hospital.

Anjung Kasih also aims to help the hospital overcome the patient’s problems in the environment and the separation of patients who are not exposed to infection.

LOCATION OF LOVE

Until now, there are 19 awareness of love that operate nationally while the other two are still in the process of implementation.

The formation of Anjung Kasih also accepts YKN’s strategic partner cooperation, Berhad National Staff (TNB), Sunway and Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad.

YKN Love was first made at Selayang Hospital, Selangor.

At present, Anjung Kasih has been made at the following locations:

Each love terrace is built next to or near the selected government hospital. Among the facilities that are usually provided are:

• Separate bedroom for men and women
• Living room and rest
• Kitchen and dining room
• Bathroom and toilet
• Basic facilities such as mattresses, pillows, fans, and clothing places

Cleanliness and safety of the population is always a priority for the management of love, and the National Welfare Foundation always ensures that the facility is well maintained.

How to ask

The applicant for YKN’s house will apply by filling out the forms provided from the head of the nurse or trained nurse in the ward.

Residents will be given a room key unit and graduate according to the room number.

The duration of accommodation depends on the duration of patient care.

If the accommodation period exceeds 3 months, the certificate must be obtained from the environment and approval from the administrative office.

The application process is easy and open to all Malaysians with family members being treated in hospitals. These are general steps:

• Get an application form from the hospital welfare counter.
• Fill in the details and attach supporting documents (such as the Care Confirmation Letter).
• Send a form to a social work officer for the review process.
• If the application is accepted, the applicant will be given accommodation and current rules.

Anjung Kasih Accommodation Rules

These rules and provisions must be fully fulfilled by those who have been given the authority to remain in YKN Love:

• If there is a violation of regulations by the hospital, hospital management can direct guests from love.
• The application of accommodation in Anjung Kasih is open to the heirs of patients aged 18 years and over. This is limited to two (2) patient heirs. Priority is given to heirs who live outside of Penang.
• Each application must use the SRI Tanjung Hall accommodation application form. The specified accommodation period is only three (3) days. Applications for more than three (3) days can be considered by updating accommodation applications using the Advanced Application Form of Kasih.
• The waiter was not allowed to eat and drink at the cottage.
• The waiter was not allowed to bring electrical equipment, barnagan prohibited and dangerous such as medicines, alcohol, sharp weapons and others like that in the Ajung Kasih area.
• Smokers are not allowed to smoke and cook in the field of love.
• Men are not allowed to feel in the woman’s bedroom area and vice versa female guests are prohibited from feeling in the area of men’s bedrooms.
• The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the bedroom and the surrounding area.
• The property and the goods themselves are their own responsibility. Love management, Penang Hospital will not be responsible for safety, loss or property damage when living in Anjung Kasih.
• The waiter also cannot claim damage from hospital management in the event of an unwanted incident.
• Services from time to time must comply with all instructions given by the warder or the authorized officer to maintain love.
• The marriage must be at YKN Love Bar before 12:00. The government gate will be closed from 12:00 to 5.00 am.

Is that Anjung love ykn?

• Anjung Kasih YKN is a temporary accommodation facility provided by the National Welfare Foundation to the heirs of patients who receive treatment at government hospitals. This aims to help ease the burden on the patient’s family, especially those who come from outside and are unable to pay accommodation costs.

Who qualified the requirements to submit accommodation at Anjung Kasih?

• Patient heirs such as parents, couples, children, or legal guardians are included in the low group (B40) and come from outside the hospital area that meet the requirements to be applied. Priority is given to patients who are treated critically, chronically, or in the long run.

How do I ask for help on the terrace of love ykn?

• To ask for help, you must be present at the nearest YKN Love. You will be interviewed by the welfare officer and are required to fill in the application form and provide supporting documents such as copies of identity cards, proof of income (if any), and medical reports (if applicable).

How long can someone stay on the terrace of love ykn?

• The duration of accommodation in YKN Kasih is temporary and depends on the assessment of case requirements. Usually for a short time, until the patient is finished or the applicant can find a long -term solution for their problems.

Where is the location of Anjung Kasih YKN?

• Anjung Kasih is available in more than 19 government hospitals nationally, including Kuala Lumpur Hospital, Serdang Hospital, Penang Hospital, Sultanah Aminah Hospital (Johor), Sarawak General Hospital, and others. The location is usually close to the hospital area to facilitate access.

Are payments charged to remain on the terrace?

• Facilities Facilities are provided for free or with a minimum contribution depending on the location and YKN policy. However, the RM50 security deposit can be charged and will be returned after staying.
