About the PROWIRA-RTW Postgraduate Program
PROWIRA – The Graduate RTW Program is a strategic initiative under the Malaysian Ministry of Defense (MINDEF) which is implemented through the Armed Forces Fund Fund Foundation (LTAT Foundation).
It was created to help graduates build real work experience, enhance career skills and prepare for a professional and competitive workforce.
The main objectives of this program are:
- Forming graduates into highly skilled and competitive professionals.
- Provides exposure to real-world work experience relevant to industry needs.
- Providing a platform for self-development through the guidance of industry mentors and skills training.
- Supporting MADANI Malaysia’s aspirations in producing young workers who are knowledgeable, ethical and tough.
This program is specifically designed to empower undergraduate graduates among children of defense personnel to gain real work experience within a period of 12 months in selected strategic partner companies, including the defense industry, government-related companies (GLC), as well as competitive private sector companies.

Program Duration
The implementation period is for 12 monthsincluding on-the-job training and participation in a variety of professional development modules.

- Whether the child of an ATM member, the child of an ATM veteran, or a civilian child of the Ministry of Defense.
