MyLesen B2 Perlis – How to Apply for a Free Motorbike License 2026

MyLesen B2 Perlis for 2026 is only open on January 31 and February 1 2026. The application quota is only 1500. Registration is open to all Perlis residents who meet the requirements. For application and review of eligibility requirements, please refer to JPJ Negeri Perlis

The 2026 MyLicense B2 Program is a government initiative to empower the B40 group and their dependents to obtain a Class B2 Malaysian Driving License (LMM) for motorbikes.

What is the MyLesen B2 Program?

The MyLesen B2 program is a Malaysian Government initiative offered by the Ministry of Transport (Kemenhub) and the Department of Road Transport (JPJ) to help those under 40 years of age and their dependents to obtain a Class B2 Malaysian Driving License (LMM) for free.

This program covers the entire cost of theoretical, practical training and driving tests for motorbikes under 250cc, with certain conditions. This aims to empower students, youth and disadvantaged individuals in an effort to increase their marketability.

In summary, this program:

• Helping underprivileged people to get a Class B2 (Motorcycle) Driving License.
• Improving road safety through ownership
  Driver’s license.
• Encourage and develop the public to drive vehicles legally and produce competent motorcyclists.

Application Terms

Following are the requirements to apply for a free Negeri Sembilan license under the MyLesen B2 program:

1) Malaysian citizen
2) Aged 16 Years and Over
3) Open to B40 and Dependents (STR Recipients)
4) Physical and Mental Health
5) Don’t have a driver’s license
6) Free from the blacklist of the Court, JPJ and PDRM
7) Priority to JPJ Cadets, School Students and IPT Students

How to Register for MyLesen B2 Perlis

To apply, you can refer to the following details:

• Dates: January 31, 2026 & February 1, 2026
• Timings: 9 am to 4 pm
• Location: JPJ Perlis Hall

• COPY OF HEIRS/FAMILY MEMBERS’ IDENTITY CARD
