STR 2025: Rahmah Cash Contribution Review Rahmah’s basic contribution

Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR), Rahmah Basic Contribution (SARA) and school assistance provided by the government is one of the initiatives to reduce the people’s living costs.

The 2024 budget has proven the effectiveness of government incentives by helping to ease the cost of living without being overwhelmed by the increase in the price of goods.

For this article, we will share with you detailed information about STR 2025 which is officially updated.

Introduction to Rahmah Cash Contribution – STR 2025

Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR 2025) is a form of financial assistance introduced by the Malaysian government as part of Rahmah assistance initiative, which aims to help those in need, especially families in Low (B40) and Low (M40), in reducing living costs.

STR is a continuation of previous cash assistance programs such as People’s concerned Assistance (BRP) and Sara Life Assistance (BSH).

The main goal is to ease the financial burden of Malaysian people who are traced to inflation, pandemics, and economic challenges at this time.

For 2025 the government will give the highest increase to the contribution of Rahmah Cash (ST) and the basic contribution of Rahmah (SARA) to RM13 billion in weight of RM10 billion. This increase continues to benefit 9 million recipients or 60 percent of the country’s adult population.

Payment rate 2025 for each category

Good news for STR recipients!

For 2025, the government will provide the highest increase in the contribution of Rahmah Cash (ST) and the basic contribution of Rahmah (SARA).

This increase continues to benefit 9 million recipients or 60 percent of the country’s adult population.

The addition of this allocation allows the maximum level received by the household to increase to RM4600 compared to the RM3700.
The new tariff for the single category also increased to RM600
Meanwhile, the basic contribution assistance of Rahmah Basic (SARA) will be credited to the recipient of Mykad starting in April 2025.

The Ministry of Finance has announced that the contribution of Rahmah Phase 12 is credited starting March 24, 2025 to help people overcome the increase in living costs.

Crucy is made in stages for the recipients who meet the requirements. The payment method that will be received is the same as before, through a bank or cash account.

How to record the status of ST 2025

Status status status status can be made in the following way:

Contact the BKK Hotline: 1-800-88-2747 (Operating Time: 9.00 am-5.00 evening); or
Contact Mof: 03-8882 4565/4566 (Operating Hours: 9.00am-5.00pm); or
Attend the nearest IRBM office

Status Purpose

Status Application is accepted This is referred to the application of STR that has been received and will undergo a verification process when the application is submitted.
- Applications are still allowed to be updated until the application status is changed to the status in the process.
Status In the process This also refers to the strict application that has been received and is in the process of verification of STR 2025 qualifications.
Status Passed This is referred to the STR application that meets the feasibility requirements after the verification review process is carried out.
Status Not pass This refers to the application of STR that does not meet the feasibility requirements after the verification review process is carried out.
- For that application Not passThe applicant can refer to the FAQ (FAQ) from the STR 2025 application to identify the reasons for not passing and the supporting documents needed when applying for an appeal.

Application / qualification provisions for each category

Applicants meet the requirements to apply for STR 2025 if they meet the following qualification categories:

a. House contents
I. Married; or
II. Single parents / widows / widows / widows who have children
fulfill his condition; And
I, I, I. Household income is RM5,000 and below.

B. Gold residents do not have a partner
I. Single or a single parent / widow / widow / widow
have children who meet their conditions; And
II. The age limit is 60 years and over; And
I, I, I. The income of senior citizens is RM5,000 and underneath.

c. Bujang
I. Single or a single parent / widow / widow / widow
have children who meet their conditions; And
II. The age limit is 21-59 years; And
I, I, I. Age (defect) that is deactivated (deactivated) 19 years and above; And
IV. Not a full time IPTA / IPTS student; And
v. A single income is RM2,500 and underneath.

Note: single people aged 21 years and over including 19 -years and above who are still studying in public / private institutions are only permitted to be included in information / obligations of children from household applications and are not permitted to be applied as single individuals.

How to apply str 2025

Applicants who need to make a new application STR 2025 are as follows:

Applicants who do not have a record in the STR 2024 system; as well
Get a household RM5,000 down; or
Produce RM2,500 and below for a single individual / no partner / no child meets the feasibility requirements.

You can submit a Cash Donation of Rahmah 2025 in two methods:

Online on Portal STR 2025
By sending forms to the nearest income office. You can refer BKK Revenue Counting Service Schedule.

Application Date str 2025

STR 2025 application is open all year.

Update information

You can add the applicant or bank partner information if there is no bank account information from the applicant or pair on the application form 2025.

Updating bank account information is also permitted if the latest stretching phase payment is not through an account / pair of bank creditors.

Who needs to update information?

If your application is on the STR portal, you are:

must update Application if have changes in information;
must update Application if never updated in 3 years in a row During the implementation of BKM 2022, STR 2023 and 2024 to avoid applications not considered;
No need to update Application if There is no change in information;
No need to update Applications for applicants for senior and interior categories if There is no change in information.
But in terms of your application review There isn’t any On the Portal STR, you need to make new application

Payment method is lost

STR aid recipients can get payment in two ways:

Running to the National Savings Bank (BSN) branch: For those who do not have a bank account, payments can be claimed in the BSN branch.
Credit to a bank account: Money will be entered directly into the recipient’s or partner account.

Basic Contribution of Rahmah (SARA 2025)

Basic Contribution of Rahmah 2025 is additional assistance provided to the recipient of STR and EKASIH.
