Johor Student Incentive 2026

Registration for Johor Student Assistance worth RM200 is now open March 6 to March 14 2026 to deserving students.

This assistance is open for the entire study semester and is without family income requirements to help ease the burden on students who are continuing their studies.

What is the Johor Student Incentive?

The Johor Children’s Student Incentive (IMAJ) is an initiative of the Johor State Government through the Johor Learning Foundation (YPJ) to distribute cash assistance Disposable as much as RM200.00 for every Johor Student throughout Malaysia.

In line with YPJ’s objectives which aim to remain active in sponsoring and providing financial assistance as well as opportunities to continue their studies to a higher level among the people of Johor.

This assistance is open to students:

• Certificate
• Asasi
• matriculation
• Diploma
• Bachelor’s degree

Application Terms

The following are the requirements for applying for Johor Student Aid 2026:

1. Born in Johor and permanent address in Johor (MyKad); or
2. Born outside Johor but has a permanent address in Johor
3. Open to Certificate, Foundation, Matriculation, Diploma and Bachelor level students
4. Involve students in:
   a) IPTA
   b) IPTS under Johor State Government
   c) IPTS with University status only (recognized by MQA)
   d) Matriculation College
5. There is no family income limit requirement
6. There is no limit to the year of study

Incentive Amount

How much is Johor Student Assistance?

This assistance is RM200 and is given once regardless of family income and is open to students in all semesters.
