1. Enter HRMIS

3. Fill in the application information

Complete the following information:

Make sure all information is filled in accurately to avoid problems during the approval process.

4. Select Supervisor/Pass Officer

The HRMIS system has now been upgraded with a clearer passing display. Select the supervisory officer responsible for approved by your application. Make sure you choose the right approval in accordance with the department’s workflow.

5. Send the application

After all information is complete, click the “Send” button to send the application to the supervisor to be approved. You can check the application status from time to time through the HRMIS system.

6. Wait for approval

Your application will be processed by the Supervisory Officer. You will receive information through the HRMIS system after the application is approved or rejected.

Make sure your application is submitted before leaving the office, not after that, to avoid disciplinary problems.

Provision

Applications for outgoing authority must get the supervisor approval first.

Permits can only be given to private affairs that must be done during working hours, such as bank transactions, family affairs or health care that cannot be avoided.

Officers are encouraged to solve personal problems outside of office hours or online if possible.

Officers also need to ensure that their duties are not affected and always prioritize the importance of services.

Period

The maximum permitted office period is not more than 4 hours a day or half of the working hours a day, which one is lower.

If more than 4 hours?
