In line with this, he said, the government has introduced the concept of ‘rahmah’ umbrella as a parent of initiative to help disadvantaged people in handling living expenses.

What is the contribution of Cash Rahmah Cash (ST)?

STR 2025 is the annual assistance provided by the government to the people, previously known as BSH, BPN, ACA and BKM.

The cash assistance implemented by the government will continue to consider the current burden of the people.

STR 2025 recipient category

The following is the category of Rahmah STR 2025 recipients of cash assistance:

• Household Income: Less than RM2,500 per month
• Household Income: RM2.501 – RM5,000
• Bujang gold residents
• Single (income less than RM2,500)

Phase payments 1, 2, 3 and 4

Payments for 4 phase of Rahmah Cash Contribution in 2025 are as follows:

• Phase 1: 22 January 2025
• Phase 2 : 24 Mac 2025
• Phase 3: August 12, 2025
• Phase 4: *Will be updated

STR 2025 Payment Schedule: Phase 1 to Phase 4 Based on the category & income

For the recipient Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR) 2025The amount of payment received depends on Feasibility category And household income Or a single person/senior citizen does not have a partner. The salary is made with a pioneer Phase 1, phase 2, phase 3 and phase 4 throughout the year.

1. Single category / citizen no pair

a) Single income ≤ RM2,500

(Aged 21 – 59 years / disability aged 19-59 years)

• Maximum qualifications: RM600
• Payment Schedule:
  • Phasa 1: RM150
  • Phasa 2: RM150
  • Phasa 3: RM150
  • Phase 4: RM150

b) Citizens’ income without a partner ≤ RM5,000

(≥ ≥ 60 years)

• Maximum qualifications: RM600
• Payment Schedule:
  • Phasa 1: RM150
  • Phasa 2: RM150
  • Phasa 3: RM150
  • Phase 4: RM150

2. Category of house content

a) Household income ≤ RM2.500 (no age limit)

b) Household income RM2.501 – RM5,000 (no age limit)

1. Visit the Official Link of the Rahmah Cash Contribution Portal Portal
2. Fill in the identity card number.
3. Press the login button.
4. Your details will be displayed as below.
5. Click payment information to see the amount of payment you will receive and the creditors status.

Mystr registration

1. Click Mystr and make sure your mykad is a pre 2025 recipient
2. Enter security information
3. Enter keywords and security passwords
4. Successful registration

How to review the stroke application

2. Contact the BKK Hotline: 1-800-88-2747 (Operating Time: 9.00 am-5.00 evening); or
3. Contact Mof: 03-8882 4565/4566 (Operating Hours: 9.00am-5.00pm); or
4. Attend the nearest income office

Forgot Password STR

If you forget STR, please follow the following steps to restore your password:

1. Visit the Official Link of the Rahmah Cash Contribution Portal Portal
2. Click forgot the password.
3. Your Mykad number will be displayed in a security question, press the check button.
4. Enter Email that has been registered in the Application Form STR.
5. Click the next button.
6. The temporary password will be sent to the registered email.
7. If there is no email, click the next button.
8. The security phrase will be displayed and the applicant needs to fill in 3 security questions.
9. Click the next button.
10. Fill in the new password and verification of the password.
11. Click the Password Change button.
12. Change the new password by entering and selecting the Mystr password change menu.

Review of the Latest State Status & Credit Payment

The recipient will receive payments in accordance with their respective feasibility criteria.

Payment is made automatically to the receiving bank account in stages while for those who do not have a bank account, the application can be made at the BSN Malaysia Branch.

Appeal for applicants do not pass

STR 2025 Review (Appeal) The duration of the application will be notified from time to time.
