1. Postnatal Leave Benefits

Women who have recently given birth will receive additional support through the proposed Post-Maternity Leave Benefit (EPCB) to help them remain in the job market after maternity leave ends.

What is Postnatal Leave Benefit?

  • Proposed through amendments to the 2017 Employment Insurance System Law.
  • Additional leave allowance up to 30 days after the end of maternity leave, paid once.
  • Benefits are proposed at 80% of the female Insured’s assumed monthly salary.
  • This is expected to benefit more than 132,000 female workers and help increase female labor force participation.

2. Johor Love Aid Phase 4

Johor Love Aid 2026 (BKJ 2026) is the official welfare initiative of the Johor State Government under the Johor Budget 2026. Among the aid announced are:

  • One-time assistance worth RM200 to approximately 307,000 seniors aged 60 years and above
  • One-time assistance of RM 200 to 136,000 unemployed housewives

  5. One-Time Cash Assistance to Students with Disabilities whether attending school or not
  6. One Time Cash Assistance for Orphans under Johor State Education Department
  7. One-Time Cash Assistance to Heads of Poor Households registered in the eKasih system
  8. One-Time Cash Assistance for School Bus and Van Drivers
  9. One Time Cash Assistance to Recipients of Johor State General Employment Assistance under the Department of Social Welfare
  10. One-time cash assistance to mosque and surau administrators
  11. One-Time Cash Assistance to Certified Religious Officials Without Benefits
  12. One-time Cash Assistance to Security Officers and Cleaning Officers at Hospitals and at Islamic Religious Department facilities
  13. One Time Cash Assistance to Registered Homestay Entrepreneurs in Johor State
  14. One-Time Cash Assistance to Islamic Gravedigger Volunteers in Johor State
  15. One Time Cash Assistance to State Youth Associations registered with ROY
  16. Administrative Subsidy Cash Assistance to the Johor State Sports Association
  17. One-time Cash Assistance to Coaches, Athletes, Officials and SUKMA Secretariat 2026
  18. One-time cash assistance to SUKMA Johor athletes who are continuing their studies at IPTA/IPTS
  19. One-Time Cash Assistance to Permanent RELA Volunteer Members
  20. One-Time Cash Assistance to Permanent Volunteer Members of the Malaysian Civil Defense Force (APM)
  21. One-Time Cash Assistance for Additional Firefighters
  22. One-Time Cash Assistance to the Secretary of Johor State JPKK and the Secretary of Kampung Baru Cina

3. MySalam Qualification Claim Deadline 2025 – 30 June 2026

Please note that mySalam will settle all Inpatient and Critical Illness Benefit claims in the qualifying year 2025.

Therefore, you are requested to upload claim documents to the mySalam portal no later than June 30, 2026.

If your claim has been approved but you have not received the claim money, please check your banking details to ensure they are complete and accurate.

Please update your banking details on the mySalam portal by 30 June 2026.

No updates, appeals or documents submitted after June 30, 2026 will be entertained.

4. Negeri Sembilan Livelihood Assistance

The Negeri Sembilan government through the Negeri Sembilan Foundation is now offering special Living Assistance in 2026 to ease students’ financial burden.

Let’s check the conditions below:

  • The OR resident attended elementary school in Negeri Sembilan for 6 years.
  • Full time student at IPTA & Polytechnic.
  • Parents are recipients of Cash Rahmah Contributions (STR).
  • Household income less than RM5,000 (Group B40).

5. MyJPJ Must Use MyDigital ID

Starting May 1, 2026, the MyJPJ application must use a MyDigital ID to log in.

If you haven’t registered yet, make sure you have activated MyDigital ID now to avoid difficulties in accessing JPJ services.

6. Register for Free SSM – Caring Business Registration Scheme (SPPP 2026)

Starting 1 June 2026, the Care Business Registration Scheme (SPPP) offers business registration via free for a period of TWO YEARS to B40 group entrepreneurs and full-time IPT students.

Applications can be made via the official website of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). This is one of SSM’s key initiatives that has been enhanced this year.

Through this scheme, eligible applicants will benefit from the following fee reductions:

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
